​We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider that honours all AppleCare in-warranty repairs for Macs, iPhones, iPads, iPods, Apple Watches, AirPods and Apple TVs.

How do I get Service?
To get Service, please complete and Submit one of the forms above and your neighbourhood location will get back to shortly with AppleCare Warranty coverage, turnaround time and pricing. You may receive a phone call or an email from [email protected] Please keep an eye on your Spam folder. 

How long does it take?
​Macs, iPhones and iPads can take 1-2 days to diagnose and up to a week (if parts are needed) for total repair turnaround time. You can rent a Mac, iPhone or iPad at a Special rate while your device is in for Service with us.

How much will it cost?
The serial number that you submit in the form will help us determine your AppleCare Warranty coverage. AppleCare+ Warranty, gives you access to expert technical support and hardware coverage from Apple, including accidental damage protection. Each incident of accidental damage is subject to a service fee. We'll send you a Quote and any related Service fees when we receive your submitted Service form.

What is an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
An Apple Authorized Service Provider offers in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service for any Apple product. Apple Authorized Service Providers are required to meet Apple's standards at all times with regard to service levels, certifications of technicians and availability of service to customers. Apple Authorized Service Providers are required to use Apple Certified Technicians when repairing Apple products. 

We have three neighbourhood Apple Authorized Service Provider locations in Toronto to serve you. Our Apple Certified Technicians only use genuine Apple parts.

*Not all batteries come out of the iPhone safely and if that's the case we/you will have to wait 1-7 business days for Apple to ship a replacement to us. ​

What do I need to do to get ready for Service?
  • Backup your Mac to an external hard-drive
  • Turn off Find My Mac/Device
Data Recovery

Sometimes a hard-drive needs to be sent to a hard-drive hospital for data rescue. We recommend two:

Mail-in your hard-drive locally for data recovery.

What You Should Know

1. Bring your device and your Backup. Bring your Power Adapter too if you are experiencing power issues. You can leave your keyboard and mouse at home/work.
2. We collect a $125.00 deposit plus tax for Diagnosis of Out of Warranty Macs.
3. We rent Macs too. Need a Mac while yours is in for Service? Ask us about our Rentals.

Before You Come In For Service

1. Backup! Your data is important. Please backup before bringing your device in. Not sure how? Ask us.
2. Have your administrator's Password/Passcode ready.
3. Note the problem that you are experiencing that can be repeated at check-in.

​iPhone, iPad & Apple Watch Services

We perform AppleCare + and AppleCare Limited Warranty repairs on iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches. 

Run a Backup to iCloud or to iTunes on your computer before you bring it in, and have your Apple ID and Password ready to Turn off Find My iPhone, as you many not get the same iPhone you bring in back.

We Recycle!

We recycle working and non-working Apple devices to neighbourhood charities with limited access to technology and ERA (Electronic Recycling Association).
