How long does it take?
iPads can take 1-3 business days (not weekends) to diagnose and 3 to 7 business days total repair turnaround time depending on what needs to done. You can rent an iPad at a
special rate
while your iPad is in for Service with us.
How much does it cost?
The
serial number
that you
submit in the form
below will help us determine your AppleCare Warranty coverage. AppleCare+ Warranty, gives you access to expert technical support and hardware coverage from Apple, including accidental damage protection. Each incident of accidental damage is subject to a service fee. We'll send you a Quote and any related Service fees when we receive your submitted Service Form
below.
We collect a $25.00 plus tax non-refundable diagnostic fee for all out of warranty and accidental damage repairs.
What is an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
An Apple Authorized Service Provider offers in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service for any Apple product.
Apple Authorized Service Providers are required to meet Apple's standards at all times
with regard to service levels, certifications of technicians and availability of service to customers.
Apple Authorized Service Providers are required to use Apple Certified Technicians when repairing Apple products.
We have three neighbourhood Apple Authorized Service Provider locations in Toronto, Canada to serve you. Our Apple Certified Technicians only use genuine Apple parts. Macs with third-party parts cannot be repaired by Apple Authorized Service Providers.
What Services do we offer? Our in-house Services include:

What do I need to know about iPad Service?
Screen protectors etc. may need to be replaced following Service. If you use a case, please remove your case upon drop-off.
Some repairs may result in a same unit-replacement. You will need to restore your data from your last backup.

AppleCare Protection Plan and AppleCare Limited Warranty do not cover liquid or cosmetic damage. If liquid or cosmetic damage are a found a $25.00 Diagnostic Fee will be applied. The $25.00 Diagnostic Fee can be used towards the repair of the iPad.
