Service Request Form for iPhone
Thank you for seeking iPhone Service with us. iPhone repairs can take 1-3 business days (not weekends) to diagnose and up to a week for total repair turnaround time.
We have iPhones available for rent at a special rate while your iPhone is in for Service with us.
We collect a $49.00 plus tax non-refundable diagnostic fee for all out of warranty and/or in-warranty accidental repairs.
As an Apple Authorized Service Provider our Apple Certified Technicians use genuine Apple parts. iPhones with third-party parts (i.e. screens, batteries) cannot be repaired by Apple Authorized Service Providers.

To prepare your iPhone for Service:
1. Turn off Find My iPhone
2. Backup your iPhone to iCloud or a computer with iTunes
3. After backup, erase the iPhone to Factory Settings (Settings - General - Reset - Erase)
