Service Request Form for Apple Watch
Thank you for seeking Apple Watch Service with us. Apple Watches can take 1-3 business days (not weekends) to diagnose and up to a week for total repair turnaround time if parts are needed. We collect a $49.00 plus tax non-refundable diagnostic fee for all out of warranty and/or in-warranty accidental repairs.
As an Apple Authorized Service Provider our Apple Certified Technicians use genuine Apple parts. Apple Watches with third-party parts (i.e. cases) cannot be repaired by Apple Authorized Service Providers.
