Service Request Form for AirPods/beats
Thank you for seeking AirPods/beats Service with us. AirPods can take 1-3 business days (not weekends) to diagnose and up to a week for total repair turnaround time if parts are needed. We collect a $49.00 plus tax non-refundable diagnostic fee for all out of warranty and/or in-warranty accidental repairs.

To help we'll ask you to email your original receipt to us after you complete this form.
As an Apple Authorized Service Provider our Apple Certified Technicians use genuine Apple parts. AirPods with third-party parts (i.e. cases) cannot be repaired by Apple Authorized Service Providers.
