iPods

See this link for help with most iPod fixes http://www.apple.com/ca/support/ipod/ as it can often be as simple as resetting the iPod. If the problem continues and your iPod is within the One Year AppleCare Limited Warranty call AppleCare at 1.800.263.3394. If it is a cosmetic issue (not covered by AppleCare) or out of the One Year AppleCare Limited Warranty we have a partner that can fix most iPods & iPhones. We take a $30.00 evaluation fee upfront and either apply it towards the fix if you decide to go ahead with the repair or we refund it back if you decide to decline the repair. Turn-around time for this local service is about 2-3 weekdays.

iPod Services include repairing anything from broken LCD Screens, Touch Screens, Click Wheels and Headphone Jacks to upgrading your iPod Hard Drives and Batteries. All parts include a One Year Warranty.

Our partners repair broken iPods, iPhones and iPads fast that are out of the One Year Limited AppleCare Protection Plan. We take an upfront $30.00 evaluation fee to provide you with a quote on repairing the following:

  • LCD Screens
  • Touch Screens
  • Click Wheels
  • Headphone Jacks
  • Hard Drives Upgrades
  • Battery Replacements

If you should decide not to go ahead with the repair after you receive a quote we will refund the $30.00 evaluation fee back to your original payment method and return your iPod/iPhone back to you. Turnaround time is usually about 3-4 business days.

The AppleCare Protection Plan covers your Mac, as well as an AirPort Extreme Card, an AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme Base Station, Time Capsule, MacBook Air SuperDrive and Apple RAM purchased for your Mac. Mac mini, Mac Pro, and MacBook Pro customers can also register one Apple display for coverage, provided the Mac and display are purchased together.
